Introducing CIBA our New Signing App and Building Management System:

Customizable Interactive Building App (CIBA) provides a friendly approach to the latest technology and interaction between our building, the tenants, and your visitors or guests.

For a long time buildings have depended on a phone system to allow guest visits by dialing a phone number connected to the apartment or by having a concierge doing the same task, but this system is no longer effective since our lives have change with technology and we live in a faster and demanding times.

Also if you are not there your visitor or guest will have to wait outside or leave without getting in touch with you, not to mention the high fees associated with that old system.

Your guest now has the ability to contact you anywhere, and you can give them access to the building and apartment from your cellular phone at any time, not only you can provide them access, but you can also keep records of the visits.

How it works
Your visitor or guest will arrive to our building, enter tenant/s name or apt # and follow 5 simple steps that take 30 seconds or less to be complete.

1. Choose Language
2. Enter Name or Apartment#
3. Select Visit type
4. Take picture and enter name
5. Request access

After they have requested access the selected tenant will receive a text message with picture and all they have to do is Reply, ACCEPT or DECLINE.

The app comes with a complete management system for both, the building and the tenant. You will be receiving an email with all functionalities login and password as well as a PDF instructional manual of all the amazing things you can do with this system like schedule visits, pre-authorize guest, maintenance requests, see your visitors and guest history, get notified via text of mail or dry cleaning droop offs, and much more.
